Principles in Action: Collaborative Leadership and Teamwork

APST aligned

This session was previously known as 'Bringing the EYLF V2.0 to Life: Collaborative leadership and teamwork in practice', however the content remains the same.

The importance of effective leadership in early childhood education and care is well documented including the relationship between effective leadership and outcomes for children. This goes beyond formal leadership positions, to include leadership principles and practices enacted by children and educators. (ACECQA, 2023)

During this informative session participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Discover the various practices that create collaborative leadership.
  • Identify the interpersonal skills required to ensure these practices are successful.
