• Three hours of individualised support with one of our Approved Provider experts. Our one-on-one support aims to increase your understanding of operational requirements under the National Quality Framework (NQF). During two separate sessions facilitated via Zoom video conference, we will cover all aspects of the NQF including responsibilities under the National Law and how to apply the National Law and Regulations in relation to education and service governance.   

  Your trainer will talk you through what you will be facing as you put your application forward, with tailored information based on your service type and structure.   

• Tailored live webinar training for your entire team with one of our Approved Provider experts. The training can be booked at a date and time that best suits you and focuses on the unique context of individual providers. 
   
• Complete access to our Approved Provider & Governance online learning program for 6 months for up to 6 people. Program access includes a range of self-paced online workshops, video tutorials, quizzes and an extensive knowledge library.  
   
• Guide your learning journey by downloading our unique Knowledge Matrix, which can be used as a training needs analysis tool. Once you have analysed your learning needs, you can explore the four workshops and choose where you would like to focus your learning.
